William Fowler

Partner

Will Fowler is a trial attorney who handles a wide variety of personal injury cases. He learned to try cases as a Public Defender in DeKalb County, fighting for the rights of people who could not afford an attorney. In the criminal law arena, he tried everything from traffic tickets to the most serious felonies. He quickly gained a reputation of success in the courtroom, which he then translated to the personal injury field with Brooks Law Partners.

Will serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Mock Trial and Trial Techniques programs at Emory Law. He also regularly teaches trial skills to practicing attorneys with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

Prior to law school, Will had a career in music as a pianist and conductor. He met his wife Grace playing piano duets together at school. He now lives in Suwanee with his wife and their two sons.
